  • Does ViralMailProfits send emails for me?
No. While other services may do that for you, we decided that it was not in our best interest or that of the various mailer owners to make the process quite so 'hands-off'.
  • Personalisation doesn't show up on my emails?
You must ensure that the appropriate box is ticked in the mailer settings.
  • I used the lost password feature but I still can't log in?
The Lost your password page actually creates a new random password and sends it to you. Once you've done this, your original password will not work! You must retrieve the password the system sent. If you can't find it in your inbox, check in your spam or junk filter folder. Try adding viralmailprofits.com to your allowed senders list in your spam filter (if appropriate) and try the lost password again. Failing all else, use the link at the top of the page to request support.
  • Why am I getting all these 'reminder' emails?
Well, the reminder option is off by default so you must have, at some point, enabled the reminders. Click the 'reminder options' above the mailers list in the mailers page to change your options.
  • Why do I have to set so many options for each mailer?
ViralMailProfits is smart enough to know some things, like how you specify first name personalisation on each mailer, .eg. %fname% on one and [[name]] on another. However, some mailers only allow personalisation for upgraded members. Until our system 'knows' all the levels for each mailer (coming soon) and the corresponding entitlements, we need you to specify the requested information for your membership level. This will be much simpler still to set up once we fully populate the system.
